Romney likes Churchil better than Abraham Lincoln

[QUOTE=essence;3003778]How many times do i have to tell you the British don't give a fuck.

And you of course know this as a certainty because....? I didn't realize that because you're a Brit or a Brit wanna-be that you are in constant and continual close touch with the full span of public opinion in the U.K. Just asking.

Nonsense speaks for the entire UK, and likes to berate Americans for respecting their "fucking" Declaration of Independence, and their "fucking" Constitution.

Yes, he's a delightful addition to our country. He comes here to make money, but Europe is far superior to the US. Just ask him. He will tell you.

Actually Doove, old sod (one of my favorite British expressions), I do. Miss Olivia was indeed mocking you for the comment you made in another thread that only 10 % of your posts had any substance and the rest was you mocking other people. I'm sure with a little thought you can see the connection of 90% "mockery"= 90 % ignore. Originally Posted by davec.0121

I mean, really.

If not, pm me and I'll explain it to you in detail.
Thanks, but i don't need 2 or 3 pages of posts explaining it to me, only to still not get it.

I did not berate Americans for respecting....

I was referring to the small group of Americans who worship it and raise it to a higher level than the Bible and/or common sense.

I also have never said i speak for all British, but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that if you think the Telegraph is representative of British opinion, you will be sadly disillusioned, or happily surprised, depending on your views. Each different newspaper has a different audience, just like in the us.

Any other comments, see my sig line.
