The Walking Dead

This second half of the season has definitely been more focused on character development rather than shock and awe, well, depending on what shocks and awes you I guess.

I was shocked by what Carol told the little boy at first, but then I remember that it's Carol. She does the emotional dirty work and you often forget because her first impression in the show was so weak and broken. I like how they continually play off that perception.

I still wanna know what happened to the gun in the blender. And why weren't Father Gabriel and Eugene at the party?

I saw the other day where Norman Reedus told Entertainment Tonight that people would be "screaming at their TV" during the season finally......
Previously on AMC's The Walking Dead! LMAO!!!

If "hits" means viewership numbers, then no, sorry Jemma...that claim isn't remotely close to recorded numbers.

SHOWTIME'S Dexter opened to 1 million U.S. viewers on Oct 2006 and it's numbers climbed steadily (however) plateaued and hung between 1.5 to 2.3 the next 7 seasons.

It's final season (8th), it opened to 2.5 viewers and crested (series finale) on Sept 23, 2013 to a whopping 2.8 million.

Combined cross-platforms gross viewership reached an average of 6.4 million.

While Dexter's numbers were all-time figures (at that time) for a cable net.....they pale in comparsion to the total numbers for TWD, which I posted earlier.

In fact, Talking Dead averages 5 million per each episode.....easily eclipsing anything Dexter produced.

Can never see John Litgow as a serious dude after 3rd Rock though; still, he was very impressive as Trinity Killer.
