Not for the quality of calories (fruits, veggies, lean meats, nuts, sweet potatoes- Mediterranean diet - no junk food ever) that I eat and my activity level for my height and weight. I track my activity, I've measured my metabolism, and I track everything I eat. Depending on the day and activity, I burn that many calories per day.
