OK I have had it with Racism in hobbying

The only reason you could possibly want me to retract a post is due to the fact that it proves you have nothing of substance to add to the topic. I could be wrong, but I don't think that my intelligence is at question here, which only leaves one of us that intellectual questions arise.

We have hijacked this post and for that I am sorry, that was not my intent. I have only commented on things that I felt passion for and I felt should be commented on. I am however smart enough to realize when an argument is done and you my friend have been silenced.

Any time in the future you wish to challenge me in a battle of wits, I welcome you to fire away with a thread. We can debate anything you like.

One thing that I can assure one and all of is that I am not racist, I am a realist and a believer in equality. True equality. Not some false pretense that is forced upon all of us by the powers that be. Until we all wake up to the fact that we must begin to think for ourselves and not follow the lead of leftist liberals and right wing conservatives, we will never be able to abolish this idea of racism. Right or wrong, I don't believe that racism exists to the extent we are led to believe. The OP in this post has presented an example of providers and club employees making a personal choice that has absolutely nothing to do with racism. No one here has presented an argument to prove otherwise.

I am truly sorry for his tribulation, but he needs to select other individuals and move on.

[QUOTE=BigPurdy;1129807]Obviously, and let me iterate, obviously, you do not know what choice involves. It has nothing to do with isolating a race as you say. It is the choice of the provider to select whomever she wishes to see, no matter what the circumstances and whenever she wishes. Pull the race card if you like, but obviously, you get no sympathy here. You are done because you have no argument with logic. There is no argument for such ignorance, and that is the true definition of ignorance, not knowing. You can chalk it up to ignorance if you like, but the fact is, you are just not willing to face the fact that not all providers care to share time with just any individual. They are selective, thus screening,...dude.[/QUOT]

How fucking obtuse can you be. (quite obtuse if your posts here are any indication, but it was a rhethorical question in any event.). If she says "no blacks" -- as the initial poster pointed out -- then it's isolating a race. It's a choice, but it's a racist choice. You can try to justify it. You can try to apologize for it. You can try to support it. You can do all that til you're blue in the face, but it's racist and by trying to justify it you are being a apologist for racism. Plain and simple.

So TTH you speak of obtuse. And you are so acute.

We all make decisions and choices on a daily basis that could, if scutinized, be labeled as discrimination. I choose to purchase gasoline and lotto tickets from QT, so I guess that I discriminate against Valero. They should sue me, or better yet post some ridiculous rhetoric about my despicable activities on this site. I like providers with all of their extremities intact, so I guess that I discriminate against women without limbs. Examples of just how ridiculous and non-substantive your argument is.

BP, you compare being a CUSTOMER when picking what gas station to use as a rebuttal?? And you use the word "discrimination" about choosing one gas station against another as a CUSTOMER. Really? Can you please post a link where a gas station sued a potential customer for racism, and/or discrimination? I've gotta see that. Remember, you're the CUSTOMER, who is spending his own money and not denied service at either gas station.

And then you mention having a preference to not want to be with a girl with no limbs as a potential basis for discrimination? Again, you are the CUSTOMER - you can spend money where you please. Can you please provide me with an example of dudes who want to pay for sex with women with no limbs? What an extreme example you make and I don't think your comparison makes any fucking sense.

I hate Wal Mart so I don't go there. There is no discrimination because I am a CUSTOMER and they have people of every age and race working there. They have the same products and employees as where I go instead and they are even cheaper, they're just too crowded to me all of the time, so I'd rather pay extra to avoid the crowds. Now, if Wal Mart, (or Valero for that matter) denied me service if I was a minority, I would be a multi millionare, even if after hiring the dumbest attorney in town to handle my case. Get it?

I agree with your point, (that everyone has choices), but your reasoning is highly flawed with your latest post. You are even making Rambro make more sense to me.

And BPurdy, until you know what "looses" as opposed to the correct word "loses" means, you should be quiet about boasting about your obvious misguided high opinion of your intellect.

Words, words, words, words, words... :-) Sorry I couldn't resist.

We all have free will and the ability to make our own choices. Hopefully the ignorant ones are enlightened, and the enlightened ones are humbled....
First off, I'd like to say as an African American woman, which I am FIRST, I understand the direction the OP and Mr. Creed are going. Before integration of schools and business, business owners were free to put up signs that said 'No Blacks' without question, because you knew the answer. Blacks were inferior. When a provider says 'No Blacks' in today's age, one has to question WHY it's her preference to not see them. One could automatically assume racism, but it's not always so.

As an African American provider, which I am LAST, I agree that no woman should put herself in a situation where she will not be 100% happy and secure. I know Black ladies who don't see Black men locally to avoid meeting someone she already knows. I believe as Lisa said, sometimes when a lady has 'management' she is probably instructed not to meet with Black men to avoid 'management conflicts'.

Also fellows, for every woman that turns you down, there are two that will meet you with no problem. You may not want to see them, but what can you do? What can she do? There are loads of women who are within your price range and with the skill-set you require that will meet with you, but you don't because you have a CHOICE. Too fat. Not pretty enough. It's your dime, right? You should get what you want, right? It's like going shopping, and I spot some jeans I want real bad. If the jeans, because of their cut are screaming at me, 'No thick thighs', all I can do is keep looking, and hope to get lucky with a different pair.

Now apply these same principles when thinking about our choices as ladies. As an African American lady, and a juicy one at that, I know automatically I am not the first pick for MANY. Guys see me and automatically think pimped out and uneducated. Too thick and not worth the money. Taking that under consideration, the thought is I should price myself to be more accessible. I should sleep with my phone glued to my hand and take every call and any deal to get my quota for my pimp. Cause you know, since I'm Black I don't have the business sense to do this without management.

I do the exact opposite, I have marketed myself for the people I hope to reach, and hope that my personality, intellect, and sexual prowess speak for themselves. I can't worry about those who won't see me because I'm Black, or any other stereotype or perception of me. Just like you can't worry about the girls who won't see you because of the same reasons. Keep shopping and hope you get lucky down the road.

The best to all of you!

I have posted on this thread already, not to belabor a point, but here is my stance on this racism/stereotype crap:

I am white, not 100%, about 70%, but the other percentage of races(s) in me are not AA at all, but people, this is 2011, while the "race card" still exists, just because of the history, the people who use it, be it of positive or negative or any reason, need to grow up and check their maturity level. And what I mean by that, just in case you guys do not get it, is "the white man is holding the black man down" is VERY old and if that is the only thing you can think of for your lot in life, then you really need to not be hobbying or even socializing in this world and go live on an island where only AA people from your race live there and when, not if, you say to yourself, "the grass is not greener on this side of the fence as I assumed", and you will because ALL people do not get along and have differences regardless of the color of their skin, then at least you cannot pull the race card thingy, can you? Same thing goes the opposite way, black people are not the only race that are involved in violent crimes, deal drugs, steal and are pimps. No one SHOULD get a job, get "special treatment or favors" or be able to do anything others cannot do based exclusively on the color of their skin, but it happens and to "piss and moan" about it is fruitless and will make the situation that much stronger on their jaded opinion. Just MOVE ON and think of it as their loss if they are that shallow of a person. It's a free country!! There are so many great providers here in the metroplex and you are not going to see ALL of them are you? You have a choice and it takes two to have the same choice to make a session work. The other providers who you have not seen are not playing the race card or any other card, Tiffani said it the best. And if the provider has a "no blacks" policy, then she would more than likely NOT be the one you would want to give your $ to anyway, even if she did not have that "rule", as she would probably be "wishy washy" and no guy wants that in a provider!
It's a woman's right to choose.

Having a NB policy doesn't result in any injury to those who a provider denies services to. Not at all like a lynching, slavery or other anti-black atitudes; to say otherwise is ridicoulas and demeaning to those who were truly victims of hatred and violence in America.

And I don't think the OP was claiming "racism"; but was expressing a truly held feeling.

It seems like the words "racist" and "racism" have been used a lot in this thread, so I decided to have a look at dictionary.com. The definition there is quite interesting. What I don't see is any part of the definition that implies whatever race a person prefers to have sex with, or date, live with, marry, or hobby with, makes them a "racist". The definition of the word looks far different to me. In fact, if you go to...

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/racism or type "racist" at dictionary.com and it pulls-up this...

rac·ism –noun

1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.

2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.

3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

...and later on that page it also talks about it being...

"abusive or aggressive behavior towards members of another race...".

As for my personal opinions...

Whatever physical features or skin color someone discovers excites them so much, to the point they're able to get-off a few more times per day versus other types, I believe is something very different than "racism". Can that not lead them to develop what may be better referred to as a "personal preference", regarding what they've found turns-them-on and gets-them-off the most?

IMO it would be incredibly wrong for anyone to assume that because a certain skin color (race) excites someones dick (or clit) more than other types, that must mean they hate, wish unfairness, or abuse upon other races, thus making them closer to what I feel is the definition of a racist. And here's another thought, if each guy around here gets to choose whatever skin color or physical features he puts his dick in, why deny any woman's who-ha the same right?

It's beyond me how anyone feels they have the right to tell others what skin color they should be fucking, or be upset they're not fucking. My point is this, shouldn't everyone be allowed to discover their own preference, regarding what physical features or skin color they like to fuck the most, without someone laying some sort of racist guilt trip on them and implying, "you must be racist, and either hate or like to abuse people of our color, if you don't prefer to fuck them all the time".

It seems like a rush to judgment to carelessly label someone a racist, based solely on what physical features or skin color sexually turns-them-on the most, or they prefer. IMO you would need to have seen or been told by the person suspected of racism, other scenarios in which they wished abuse, unfairness, or hate on another race, to accurately label them a racist.

I feel the words "racism" and "racist" have probably been used too loosely in this thread, based upon the definition I found. I believe there's something called "personal preference", which some either know from day one, or others may discover over time, regarding what turns each of us on the most. And "personal preference" is IMO very different than the evil and hateful connotations associated with the definitions above of "racism" or "racist".
