I suspect your fitness is bullshit as well. How many crunches, push ups, pull ups and squats can you do? Make sure you check the correct sources. Golds Gym measures 0 to 98%. So you can't be in the top 1%.

I do not do push-ups, pull-ups, and squats with free weights. The only exercises I do with free weights are for the arms and deltoids. All other exercises are done on machines. Two days are legs and arms. Two days are chest, back, and shoulders. Without going into details, although I'd be happy to do so in a PM so as to not bore others, I lift approximately 50,000 pounds in a typical 1 hour workout. Not great, not bad, especially for someone my age.
I also cycle 5 days a week, usually doing 22 miles per day at around 16 mph.
