Either way, they have to fuck guys that they hate. Black guys make up a negligible ratio at this level for the most part. This could be changing, as more and more black hobbyists discover Eccie. But your average 22-year old black knucklehead type of guys aren't on Eccie. At this level, NBA policies are just for show.

Many of these NBA'ers can see black guys and have them keep quiet about it.

Maybe a lot of this 'complaining' by black guys is just part of the act.
