NFL and Houston Texans Superthread: Are we ready for some football?

It's doable....I actually like the fact we play B-Mo twice in three weeks, get that shit over with LOL.

I love starting off with Manning & the Broncos and playing the NFC East should be interesting...going against RG III in week 8 and the SB champs in week 9 should be fun.

I don't like having the bye week(4) that early though...

My Ravens are playing there in October and I might come down to harass you, lol. Seriously, my plan is to come alone and play for a couple of days but watching the game alone would suck and not in a good way. Anyone else down to watch the game with me? Not as a date, just watch the game. My ad for my time will be placed in the proper venue when the time comes that I decide for sure I'm coming. Right now just looking for a person (male or female) to watch the game with me.

All kidding aside, I just love the game. Of course I would rather win than lose but the experience of going to the game is worth it even if we lose.

I'm a fan, but have never been to a game. Not driving sucks, as does not having anyone near me who would go. I haven't been to a football game since the Saints playoff loss to Philly in the early '90's. You may remember that day. When we got out of the car the oilers were up 28-0 on Buffalo.

Yes, I am a true fan. I love my purple birds win or lose. It's just a hell of a lot more fun if we're winning, lol. We lost some players as well so it should be interesting to see how we make out, especially without Grubbs (ugh).
