How to change cities

I'm new here and can't figure out how to change the pop up that I get every time I open a thread. I live in Miami but for some reason the pop up I get is for Seattle. I know I can then change the city destination but surely there is a way to set it to Miami to begin with, right?

Slow down click on city want when you get pop up on my phone I just hit back bottom but have Moto G7.
