Tried calling to get an appointment for 90 minutes later. Whoever answered the phone indicated affirmative (specifically asked for Elaine). I get there, there's a big ass truck in the parking lot, and Elaine is "busy. Sorry." Oh well; I know this is typical for some AMPs, but it isn't for others (some of them try to respect your appointment) so I thought I'd add this data point.

That’s the good and the bad of this place. If there’s a vehicle parked out front then they’re busy. Bad is when it’s yours everyone knows you’re busy!
