Reports that a truck has crashed into a crowd at a Bastille Day celebration in Nice, southern France.

Initial reports say at least 60 dead, and gunfire. An additional 100 injured. The driver was the shooter, and he was shot dead by the police. Two more shooters reported to be holding hostages.
