So what areas are which? 5 subdivisions listed for provider ads... which ones are Upscale areas vs not as upscale.... which work well? Which are better for Outcall which are better for in?? Also where is a decyplace to stay for extended period but not too pricey... I totally appreciate any help!! Thanks in advance!!

My advice:
-Outcall in north beach and mission bay work well because of parking.
-Downtown area (union square and surrounding) works well for incall if you pick the right hotel.
-Pricier hotels will be better for incall in my opinion as a hobbyist.

I agree with buckeyenerd. Also consider somewhere like Emeryville if cost is an issue.
