It always bothers me when the discussion is about how to get extrs (whatever) for less. There are ways to fit the hobby experience to the hobby budget. I look for ways to add value to my donation, either through a simple gift or a tip. I often get coffee gift cards from friends and family on holidays. Sometimes I include one or more of these cards in the donation envelop. If it tip in cash, I give it to the provider with the donation before the session.
What I am trying to do is let the provider know that I value her time. I want her to welcome our time together. I do not want her to resent me or the session because I am trying to get a bargain. We have all had jobs that paid something less than we thought we should get.
If a provider's expected donation is just at the edge of my hobby resources, I look for someone I can comfortable schedule with . . .and still leave a tip of some sort. Originally Posted by ICU 812
