Guyy calling hobbyist and threatening them...

One of my guys got a call from a new York number claiming he had stood three of this guys girls up from BP and wants x amount of dollars..My guy has no idea what his is talking about....He is concerned because the guy called his cell...I did a goggle search and revealed nothing not associated with any BP posts...If you have had this happen to you or heard of it please pm me or if you have program than can location owner of number pm me. I told my guy to tell him if he continues to call to tell him that if he calls back he (my guy) will file charges of harassment and extortion
