Is there a glitch?

On the Austin Screen it shows that the last Sunday ad is from AsianEmma. But when opening the Weekend ads mine is the top ad showing up.
Is there a glitch or some reason why mine isn't showing up on the Austin home screen?

Looks like 3 ads were posted at the same 9:00 moment and the system may have hiccupped.
