I don't know who he is talking to (or is this Deb the Milf?). Big Banks? You mean Obama banks. Dodd-Frank helped big banks stay big and stifled smaller banks. Big banks got bailed out by Obama, smaller banks didn't. So you are criticizing your lord and master?
