1. First go to the appropriate forum, city/state

Then pick the appropriate review forum there, independent, studio, AMP, etc.

2. Click on the NEW REVIEW button near the top left of page

3. Fill in the blanks as completely as you can.

4. Submit

Hints from my experience.
Gather all the info you need before you start. ie, location, phone, etc.

Occasionally, I have lost a review when I submitted it. That is a lot of wasted time. To avoid that I write mine in Word, then copy and paste into the review form.
