How graphic can PM's be?

I know in reviews, especially in ROS, the more detail the better. but Providers often say they wont discuss any specifics over phone for LE reasons I assume. So is it cool to get "specific" in a PM? When is it kosher to talk shop?

To the OP, a PM puts a written record out there, so do not use PM's for anything you would not say on the phone or in person. Be sure the other person is safe and reliable.
