How to block hookups.com

How do I block hookups.com from coming up every time I click on a Eccie link?

I use Firefox and added ADblock,...works sometimes and sometimes don't. It's doing the same shit on my mobile phone. Any other fixes,..let me know!

I find if you refresh the last link you hit that brought up the popup, it will cease.

I have tried this and on the mobile app and using my phone for the main site I still get the pop ups
I have also tried refreshing the page and still get it....please if some one has answers I would like to know too
