I have not seen her, but i think that is a woman.

I have seen a ton of ads by he/shes the last ten or so years and while some look like women because of the boob jobs non of their boobs look real. This girls tits look real af. I dont think a dr can give a dude natural looking saggy big tits like hers. They would be way perker if they were fake imho. I would say at least the girl in the pics is a real woman. I have no idea about the girl in the add I have never seen her I just dont think you can fake boobs that look like hers. To my eyes the saggy natural tits means all woman.

I have no desire to find out for myself ... Which one were you hoping for?
