Title says it all. Confirmed appt. with her at 3:30...got to incall 5 minutes early, texted to let her know I was there....crickets.
Texted again at 3:30....crickets.
Called 5 minutes later....VM (was not set up, so no message could be left)
Texted 10 minutes later to let her know I'd stay another 5, but would have to post a NCNS on her in co-Ed if she didn't respond.
Here we are....
Too bad, she looks hot, but TCB needs work, evidently.

more than likely double booked herself and you lost out.. or her Grandmother drove in from Lansing, Michigan at 3:30, unannounced ( ;
