What are your favorite restaurants and things to do in Denver?

This will be my first trip to The Mile High City and I would like to explore all that Denver has to offer

Good friends of mine who've lived there informed me that wellness is really prioritized in Denver and there are lots of fun outdoor activities. I've also heard there are so many amazing cafes and restaurants that serve fresh organic fare. At the other end of the spectrum, this place Voodoo Doughnuts which has all sorts of decadent flavors was recommended as a must try!
