Help with signature & pics

For the life of me i cannot figure out how to change my picture or my signature, please someone help me lol, and Thanks in advance

Go to your user CP on the left hand side of the page under where it says main menu

click on edit avatar or edit signature, when finished click on save at the bottom of the page.
