Tracking post

I'm having A hard time tracking post that I am involved with is there a tool on here that will make it easier

Above any post, you'll see the drop down menu "Thread Tools". Click on it and "subscribe to this thread". Then if any new posts are listed on the thread you subscribed to, you will see that in your "user control panel" aka "User CP". If you ever want to see which threads you've subscribed to or to delete any, go to your "user control panel" and to the left there is a drop down called "Subscribed Threads" and below it you will see "list subscriptions".
