There has been in the recent past some brewhaha by one of my website building competitors that using platforms like wix, go daddy, moonfruit, eblogger or other sites like this is not a secure place to advertise.
They claimed that these companies track who uses them and sell their info. First and foremost they have no proof of that per se'. Secondly all hosting mediums collect data even theirs. Any business does ( hopefully even you) Smart businesses do this so they know how to spend their advert dollars. Also in order to target more of the same.
But they are not tracking you personally, or your clients.
