User CP tab

I think a tab at the top of the screen where the other 7 tabs are located would be a great place to put a user CP hotspot. Some screens you can not see the quickbar on the left hand side of the screen.

I have to click on home to see it but you can always set your user cp as your homepage like I did

I'll pass this suggestion along. I believe it was there at one time.
