Advice for out of towner?

Hello,

I'll be coming to Dallas for business for a couple of days in the near future, from Seattle. I would like to enjoy the company of one of Dallas's providers but I need some advice about how to best approach this. I only have references here in Seattle, and I am not familiar at all with the process there in Dallas. What do I need to do beforehand?
