I would suggest a condo that is owed by a person and not a management company.

Apartment with relatively easy access.

Condo's are good... but if you go with a hotel, do some research and see where others are congregating and it might be a good idea not to be so close to where all the BP girls seem to hang out..

reasons for not staying close to where they are:
1) its possible pimps are in the area.
2) those areas may be known by cops


reasons for staying close to where other ladies stay
1) you know the area hotels are cool about things

What is wrong with Car Dates.. shit that is my favorite!

We are no different from you - just ask yourself where would you like to spend your hard earned money:


1. Hotels - Depends no the hotel, an upscale place would not be nice
2. Apt - Best choice, cleanest and most comfortable
3. Car Dates lol! j/k
4. Gentlemens Club Champagne Room - So I can be in a hurry to finish with guys flashing lights at me - nope
5. Outcalls Only - No because I don't want to use my house, discretion is best

Condo's with private garage 2-3 stories for privacy.

High Rises with good security and no concierge, garage entry, other points of entry as well. Parking Options. Keep the clients car safe and let them know the parking options for anonymity.

Decor is a must. Not just some matress on the floor, that's not cool. Spring for a decorator of you can. Just my opinion. Some guys really do care about the look of the place.

Yea car dates can be fun but doing it all the time can be boring as you are limited by space. Tho gentlemen club can be fun as well. Done it in VIP and non-vip area with my dates.

If modern Class A RV's were not so damn expensive (Class A's are the bus types btw,) Some are better than some apartments I have seen.. And here is the kicker! you can legally park it in a WALMART parking lot over night! Talk about going "shopping"
