Headed to Laredo and I'll have a bit of down time...what is there to do? What's open? I'd also love some restaurant suggestions. I'd prefer something local. 😊 Thanks.

Most of the eating establishments have dine-in; 50% capacity. Unfortunately, bars and theatres are closed. Good restaurants to visit are Palenque Grill, Danny's, Taco Palenque, Johnny Carinos, Olive Garden, Chilis, Rudy's. Most of these serve adult beverages too.
