I've never gone that long but most of the time when a guy leaves I jump in the shower then on the bed to watch tv forgetting I was just paid. I'll see the envelope and think oh yeah I was paid for that Haha!

Fool me once, shame on you....Fool me twice, shame on me.
I count it within the first 10 minutes, of course out of sight of the gent. Its tacky to count it in front of him. There's been a few times that I have forgot, but luckily the gents were honest. If they hadn't been honest and shorted me, I'd have to take half the blame for not counting beforehand.

I think it's tacky to count the money in front of the gentleman however I will note that when I was working in Vancouver it was common for him to count out the money on my counter in front of me.

a bout 8 years ago, I scheduled a 2 hrsession with a well known provider at her published rate (not a special). This was a repete visit . . .maybe 3rd time, and we were comfortable with each other . The session however was chaotic with multiple phone interruptions, ostensibly involving her sitter and a meeting with her child's teacher. While i saw that she was trying to "ell" the intimacy, She was distracted and just going through the motions. Whatever, she had something going on and it was am uncharisticly bad session.
At some point she started to wrap it up early and, while confused , I got dressed too. As we walked down the hallway of this No-Tel, she stopped and ran back to the room. she had FORGOT THE DONATION envelop! I still doin't know what her private drama was, and at the time I said nothing . . .just making mental notes for later (like never again!).
Two hours later, she called me on my cell from the drive-up window at her bank. she had just realized it was to have been a relaxed two hour session and was embarassed and apologetic. She made it up to me later in another extended session. I am good about it and never asked for an explanation .She has been retired for about two years now.
So . . .she was counting the money at the bank.

So, I sent her on her way. That's another reason I want it counted ahead of time. Maybe the lady will realize how long the session is supposed to be.
