Visiting Destin for a few days. Any suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc...?

Unfortunately, I’m out of the country, but I know quite a few Italian places around town.
If you’re into Italian.
I love pasta served hot. Plus, I know a place where you can get some “Hot Italian sausage.”
Pair it with some good vino, preferably from the Abruzzo region of Italy.
After a good lunch or dinner, I could suggest a special game called, “where am I going to hide this salami?”

Depending on what you're looking for, you'll have no trouble finding it in the area. As for things to do...I have some ideas, but will not share with the mongers. Some things are best enjoyed in private.
