How do you ask?

I know a lot of providers don't like talking about their services over the phone but, when calling a provider, what is the best and most polite way to ask if they offer bbbj and/or cof? Thanks in advance!

You don't! Read reviews and see if they list themselves at GFE. A lot of women are hesitant to list/discuss services in any form, and may be a good way to blackball yourself. Just do the research and see if they offer it based off of other people's experiences.
Showcases, listed activities on reviews and website (if there is one) information too....

Definitely read the reviews, they provide well detailed information.
Also, if theres a particular provider that you like . . you may want to visit her on a regular basis . . become well established with her. Once trust is built . . New and exciting experiences can surface. No guarantee it'll work tho. Your requests are viewed as health risks. Good luck with your search.
