Name/Handle Change

Hi,

I had to change my (handle) name but I would like my history (reviews and post) to be merged with my new name.

My old handle was marilyn69 my new handle is Lainey Lovette.

What information would you need to make this change happen? I do not have the password to my old eccie account or my old email account to do a password rest.

I sent an email to dallas@eccie.net also.

Please help asap.

Give the volunteer staff some time to investigate.

Usually, it is better to request help with these things before you create a new ID.

Creating a new ID was the only way I could contact the staff.

Another question. I have provider status under my old handle, What do you need from me so that I can get verified status under my new name?
