I sympathize with the OP. I spend a fair amount of time doing research before deciding to schedule with a provider. Having her do a NCNS on me is frustrating in the extreme. That said, if she had a true emergency then I will be more forgiving. Problem is, I have no way to tell truth from lies.

Such a shame... Before she became VP and shortly after, communication was never a problem with her at least from my personal experiences. She always let me know if she was running late or such and always followed through with my appointments.
