Sorry you had to experience a flake....it is starting to become more common where providers are not reliable in scheduling and are not professional in keeping you posted to let you know the appointment is still ago.

Keep in mind most providers cant handle " days in advance" best 1 day maybe 2

Always make the AMPS around NW Hwy and Walnut Hill your plan B.....sometimes i've been grateful a provider flaked on me as service at these places can sometimes be awesome and sometimes so so but never a complete fail YMMV.
