A cheat sheet held by President Biden during a Wednesday press conference revealed that the 80-year-old commander in chief had advance knowledge of a question from a journalist.

“How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities — like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing — with alliance-based foreign policy?” read a question from Los Angeles Times reporter Courtney Subramanian.

The revelation came during a joint press conference with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol that discussed growing nuclear threats from North Korea — as the nations celebrate the 70th anniversary of their alliance.

Another cheat sheet showed the names of other Biden administration officials to relay the order remarks would be delivered at the press conference.

It’s not the first time Biden’s crib notes have been outed by speedy photojournalists — which fuel Republicans’ speculation about his mental acuity.

His physician reported the president was in good health in February, but refused to field questions from reporters about his cognitive strength.

Last June Senile Biden exposed a comically worded cheat sheet with detailed instructions.

“YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants,” the note read, then immediately directed the oldest-ever president, “YOU take YOUR seat.”

In July 2021, POTUS accepted an embarrassing note from an aide — which was also snapped by a photographer — that said: “Sir, there is something on your chin.”

This “cheat sheet“ that Biden had during Yesterdays press conference is really quite incredible. I covered three presidents… Clinton, Bush and Trump. Never once did I tell the White House what I was going to ask. Nor would I ever have done that.

They have to give him the questions and answers. Biden is mentally and physically unable to have an unscripted back and forth with the media.

The Los Angeles Times denied submitting questions to the White House after photos showed President Joe Biden using a cheat sheet with not just a name and photo of the LA Times reporter he was supposed to first call on, but a question about his policies on the card as well.


Hillary Manning, vice president of communications for the Los Angeles Times, told Fox News in a statement people should be asking the White House why that information was put on the card:

"Our reporter did not submit any questions in advance of the Q&A with President Biden. Courtney Subramanian covers the White House for the Los Angeles Times. As such, she is in regular contact with the White House press office seeking information for her reporting. You would have to ask the White House who prepared the document for the president and why they included that question."

When reporting on the incident, CNN host Kaitlan Collins said there were "allegations" about if reporters were submitting questions in advanced. White House reporter Arlette Saenz said Republicans have "seized" on to the moment to accuse the mainstream media of colluding with White House officials.


"It’s not uncommon for the White House to prepare these types of briefing materials for the president. But it’s the level of specificity that is in the spotlight in this moment. As you noted, that note card included the name and photo of a reporter and also a possible question. Now it’s worth noting that her question was not identical to what was on that note card," Saenz said.

Reporters grilled White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre after President Joe Biden was caught red-handed using cheat sheet notes that appeared to contain a Los Angeles Times reporter’s question in advance.


“The LA Times said their reporter did not submit any questions before yesterday’s press conference. So to people who saw that pocket card, can you explain how that ended up there and why the president needed something like that?” Fox News White House Correspondent Jacqui Heinrich asked.


Jean-Pierre responded, claiming it was “entirely normal” for a president to know the reporter’s questions in advance.


“It is entirely normal for a president to be briefed on reporters who will be asking questions at a press conference and issues that we expect they might ask about,” she said, adding, “And of course, we would note those issues to him would likely come up.”


Jean-Pierre insisted that the White House does not give out specific questions for reporters to ask, claiming that the question asked was not the same as the one on the card— or she means it was just not word for word.


Another reporter also demanded to know if Biden was briefed on any other questions or knew the topics ahead of time, which Jean-Pierre declined to answer. Instead, she remained neutral, saying that the president is often told things he may be asked

“As someone who is part of the prep briefing with the president for these press conferences, as his press secretary, we talk about an array of topics that could potentially come up. And that’s what we do,” she said. “At the end, there were shouted questions, and he took those shouted questions. But we also had a sense that ‘hey, we might get something on the debt ceiling.’ Which makes a lot of sense; it’s part of the news of the day.”


On Wednesday, Biden was caught with a paper titled “Reporter Q&A,” which had a list of talking points, a photo of the LA Times reporter, and her job title. The cheat sheet also contained a handwritten text reading “Question #1” that was underlined and circled at the top of the page.
