I need help :(

I have been a provider on here for a while, posted ads and received some good reviews and for some reason I lost all priveleges. I can no longer post an ad, get PM's, or send PM's to admin.
I tried to send an email to the Seattle admin and the emails just get bounced back and aren't delivered.
I'm not sure what else to do, can you guys give me some advice on how to get my posting priveleges back?
