What I've Learned with Escort Listing Sites

With the death of OH2 and the resulting loss in the ability to view ads from providers, I've been using https://sumosear.ch/ to find companions. This site usually links to megapersonals and skipthegames, and I also sometimes use listcrawler and other sites. Most of the women I contact on these sites turn out to be scammers. Meaning, I'll reach out, they'll ask where I am, incall or outcall, and how much time. I provide this information, and they eventually ask for me to send a donation/advance to secure my slot. Some say this is for their safety.

This is all bullshit, and I never send money in advance.

Here's what I've learned works:
  1. If the pictures on the ad shows the woman hiding their face, it's a good sign she's legit. If the pictures show a very attractive woman with her face in full view, it's probably a scammer. Reverse image search often confirms this.
  2. If I google the number in the ad and find listings on multiple escort sites, that's a good sign.
  3. If the ad has a link to snapchat/instagram, and I find recent posts, that's a good sign.
  4. If the ad seems to create a false sense of urgency ("book now!", "only contact me when you're ready", "I'll only be here for a short period of time", etc.), that's a bad sign.
  5. After understanding all of this, I've modified my outreach text. Here's what I now use to initiate contact: "Hi, do you have time for a 30 minute incall today at <time>? I'm in <city>, and there's no need to reply if you're not in <city> or if you require advance payment. I don't send money in advance, and I will bring the full donation with me."
I'll usually reach out to about 10 ladies with this approach and hear back from about 3. One of these will still try to hustle me for an advance which I, of course, turn down. Usually, one of the 2 remaining responses is a legitimate person.

I hope this helps others avoid wasting time. If anyone has any other tips, I'd love to hear them.
Most of my hobbying is done when I'm out of town. I started sending inboxes three days before as an introduction to weed threw some of the problems you have described.
Beware the ad that says "Payment in person" In my experiance 5 out 5 ads like that (they DON'T say cash in person) are gift card scams. NEVER send photos of the back of the card, and never scratch the card off before service is rendered. Stick to this and you will end up with x amount of gift cards to use, usually ebay. Somehow they are able to grab the card even if the "code" IS NOT SCRATCHED OFF.
