Beware: Thalia is a flake!!!!!!!

I am new so don't flame me, but I thought you guys should know this. I tried to book Thalia and this is what happened. (Thalia was working for A Better Escort and running ads as an independent also.)

This was my note to Sadi of A Better Escort regarding my Thalia drama:


“Thank you for responding Sadi. Thalia had trouble confirming our date even though she had my date-check id. I had to tell her twice. Perhaps she is on something which disabled her vision or memory. I did not get confirmation on our original 1200am date until 1145pm and at that time she informed me she just finished a client and had another coming up and could not see me until 2am. That’s when I decided to go to the card room. I was waiting on her. She then notified me at about 133am that she couldn’t see me at 2 because that would be rushing it. I suggested 230 and she agreed. I never heard back from her until the next day.”

This was Sadi’s of A Better Escort’s response to my Thalia drama:

“AH OK now it is all beginning to make sense. I actually had pretty much the same problem with her myself last night. I had her an appt booked for midnight and one for 9pm. she showed up at the 9pm at 10:30 and then never answered her phone until 12:10am! she said she was just finishing up and would head the next clients way immediately. So i called mr 12Mid and apologized profusly to him and promised she was on her way and would be there in about 30 minutes. well 30 minutes goes by an hour goes by and then two she is not answering the phone then finally she calls claiming that she is stuck in a traffic jam and is not going to make the 12mid appt (by now it's somewhere between 1:30am and 2:30am) and i said loook you can't string this guy along for all these hours and then not show up!! you just can't to it.
So she said she would go as soon as this traffic jam on the toll bridge to the west bank cleared. (she didn't sound like she was in her car at all) in fact I'm sure she was with the earlier client. then she quit answering again and finally i got her around 5am. unbelievably the poor man that wanted a 12mid job is STILL WAITING and wanting her to come by. then she starts giving me attitude and says that she is not going..... so i beg her for the clients sake to go. At this point I'm only communicating with her via text now she wont answer her phone or call me. she says she will be there in half hr and that's the last thing i knew I fell asleep and even though I'd send her the guys info MULTIPLE times she did not go to the call.

She is pissed at me because i refused to pay for half her room. I did say that I would pay half but she told me that she was working only for me. My deal is that if i pay for half your hotel room you better be ready willing and able to work. you better answer the phone EVERY time i call. otherwise I'm not paying for you to come down here and party or see your own clients. I don't feel like that is fair to ME.

when i found out that she was taking her own calls thats fair enough (no reason to lie about it tho) but every time i call her she is busy or does not return my calls for an hour or two and that causes MY clients to find someone else. So the other day I just said "Look I don't feel good about paying for part of your room when you are never available to work!" so now she has copped an attitude with me and is holding over 500. that i will probably never collect. I wont work with her again.....

To all who responded to this post pretending to be knowledgable and know anything about me you should really get your facts straight. I am Thalia and the guy who wrote the orignial post has been banned - hmm imagine that. The incident he described did happend but not in the way described. It was a pure set up by ABE who does not appreciate a provider who understands the business aspects of this business and who had the gall to question her authority. Long story short I had a deal with the agency, they broke the deal. I was paying for a hotel on my own and just sitting around during the day because the agency does not answer the phone until after 3:00pm on most days. I had frustrated clients calling MY HOTEL because the agency had told them where I was staying. So since there seemed to be a good amount of business during the day I took advantage of that fact in order to cover my expenses and make a little bit of money for myself. I took ABE appointments at night and I took every one of them except for one where the timing was just not right. I was in a two hour appointment and was booked for another while the orginal appointment was still going on. Also I was expected to be on time for appointments but still ensure the agency cut was readily available (as in right after each appointment) this was impossible based on the way things are scheduled.

So all in all ABE is very difficult to work with if you have certain standards, which I do. If the way she runs the business works her her that is fine, I can not be associated with it. I was not fired it was a mutal decision mostly because I would not work in the manner required by ABE. My reputation and clients are too important to me to risk doing stupid things such as those shown in some of these threads and accusations made on the ABE website. And to the other ladies who jumped on the band wagon - really? And one of you posted complete BS that was originally posted by my ex -husband who has since been banned (under three different aliases). Those types of posts put peoples lives in danger and hurt business. You know nothing about me and yet you do this - I truly hope I can help you some day in the same way.

All you good intentioned people do not know a thing. I hope you all expereince this type of attack. If you do please contact me and I will help you. As I understand the experience and I know how to fight it. There is a very powerful group of attorneys that are after those who have posted this crap.

Again, this site is for information exchange. And as I told you, I posted about "a Thalia" and NEVER was disrespectful or hurtful towards you. I apologize that you felt like this was a personal attack, which it wasn't.

It looks as though all involved have been able to share their side of the story and now the reader can decided for themselves... which I guess is the way it should always be.

One word of advice... ending your sentence with the phrase "powerful group of Attorneys" does more to discredit your post than help. I am not saying that you don't have a right to pursue action if you feel you have been wrong, but let's face it... lawyers and LE scared the crap out of people.

If I was a guy, I would have been thinking "okay... she explained it well" until you got to the lawyer part... then I would have said "oh shit... never mind!"

Just a word of old lady advice from an old lady... not just to you but to everyone. If you are angry... then write a reply... then sit on it for a while, settle down and go back and rewrite the reply! You will be glad you did.

I stand by my comment. If you spend any amount of time reading this board, you'll see that ABE has a long and consistent record of bait & switch, among other questionable business tactics, as you have found out.

Thanks for the input I appreciate it. But to be clear the last sentence was not an idol threat nor rhetorical. It is a fact. I want people to understand how strongly I feel about what has been done to me on this front and many others. While I understand and appreciate the comments on attorneys I also find it amusing since a significant number of my clients are in fact attorneys. That said I appreciate the input and will take it under advisement in the future. But in the end I hope people compare my reviews vs the comments/reviews of the agency in question and I believe you can draw your own conclusions. I work very hard at gaining and maintaining loyal clients and I have been very successful at it in all cities I visit. I hope in the future my interaction with this board is much more positive - thanks again for the positive support and advice it is appreciated.
