We are looking for a new incall/residence and decided to ask here since we know there has to be hobby friendly gentlemen on this very board that might take an interest in trying to help us... Pretty hard to get past employment verification and figured we would ask around. I understand no one wants to probably reply back to this message but hopefully someone will pm with advise or lead us in the right direction

imo, probably much better to ask this question in the DFW forums, because local gents might be able to offer more local advice.
That said, y'all have dozens of favorable reviews, and, perhaps some of those reviewers, if you know them well, could offer advice if not assistance.
Getting "documentation" of employment, rental history, etc. is relatively easy in San Antonio and, I suspect, equally available in the DFW area. Perhaps using some apartment locator services might help.
