Rape case at nail salon in Falls Church

Does anybody know about an asian nail salon owner/worker in Falls Church got raped in her own store back in January 28, 2012. The cops instead of arrested the rapist, they arrested the victim by accusing her of being a prostitute. She has video in the store to prove for her case but the court did not accepted the video. I only heard about this case through another person so if anybody knows anything else please post.
