Confused??

Sens55 made some positive comments about two paired ladies staff edit-S31 and I followed up with similar comments. Both were deleted --with mod comment about no promotion without age verification. However, both ladies have multiple positive encounter reports with yes recommendations. Isn't that essentially the same thing--or is there a nuanced difference that I am missing? Not trying to be a wise***--just want to know.
