What States ?

please try to help me on this one ,I see some states on your site allow mentioning
rates/ donations like 300/60 that's not mentioning or promising anything to any one that's just the rate for the provider on her post ,But All around New York State ,Pa, Vermont Ma,Nh ,Nj Ct its a no no ,So what states do allow ? and what states don't ?
