NBA Meaning

I have a question regarding providers having a NBA that does mean they do not see any other races either meaning Hispanic, Indian, Chinese etc.
Or NBA meaning only see white men and no other race.
Generally I avoid any provider when they say NBA beacuse I am not sure of there prefernce.
I would like to know the answer
