purchasing PA

I see that I can use a credit card, but I am cautious about using the CC that I share with my SO - for obvious reasons. I know that there are VISA cards that I can get at Target - and other places - but I also know that there appears to be a difference in that some places will not accept the cards that are NOT linked to a stable account. Do you know whethe r I can use these type of cards to purchase PA?

Charlie - Mods will give you a better “help is here” answer, but I have always sent a money order to a provided address. Avoids the problem you describe.
