I have been trying to rest my password and no one has gotten back to me in 6 mo's .
I sent 3 password reset no luck at all ..

OP did you use a differnt IP ?.

Hopefully it's just a fluke. I have had it happen to me numerous times & it fixes itself within a few day/weeks.

When you see the banned message, it should give you an e-mail address of who to contact about the matter.

I read somewhere recently that the email system for OH2 is not working right now.

Op - Have you tried logging in from a different device (i.e. phone/tablet instead of computer, etc)?BTW -

VERY KEY is to click the "remember me" box when logging in... could actually be the problem..

Different browsers allow opening a "private window" (safari does). It's isolated from your other windows/tabs that are already open without the interaction between windows (i.e. doesn't know you're already logged into another site, etc.). If you can, open a private window and try again with a VPN turned on.

You can also try different browsers.... like Puffin, for example.

As someone said above, you can also try your VPN set to a different DOMESTIC city... don't use an International location...
