New Texas law targeting hobby websites?

I saw an article in the DMN that briefly mentioned Governor Abbott signed an anti-trafficking bill that targets websites. The article was sparse on details, which is why I’m not even bothering to find and supply a link.

Has anyone seen or heard anything on the matter?

Article 3, section 3.01 is worth reading.

I think it’s difficult to determine what this means, since that document is only showing the sections of existing statutes that are being changed. It’s easy to take it out of context. I haven’t gone back and read the statute to figure out what this means for us, but it does sound like they’re trying to cast a broader net with respect to websites that are used by traffickers.

Apparently, it's okay for contact with a person's HAND to the genitals...so handjobs or massage (in this sentence's instance) are okay it seems. LOL

And I’d give 10:1 odds against every one of the hypocritical pieces of shit that sign it, do one, or both.
