If there are no reviews of anyone "claiming BBFS," that does not mean they don't do it. Half of the women on these sites do BBFS. It doesn't matter if they have it on their biography description and menu or not. I have personally encountered some who say, "No BBFS. Don't bother asking!" on their profile pages, and they don't even ask if you want to use a condom in person. It all depends on the individual, but when usually when I see a woman scream about not doing BBFS on their page, those are the same ones who do it. It's all very contradictory. They all type that on their pages to make it seem like they are 100% clean.
