Great hobby town. Figure three times as much as you’d spend in Dallas, then double 9r triple that number. Quality is awfully high, but prices are, too.

If a studio in NYC is 5k+ per month and an hourly rate is 1/4 monthly rent you know where you are at.

I'd cross over into Canada. Hobby is legal there, ladies are more reasonable due to exchange rate and real competition, and fewer health / violence issues. Top shelf service is much more affordable.
