P411 Ad Boards?

Are they down? It keeps redirecting me to my home page.

Yeah I got the same thing Sunday. Seem to be back up now.

This has happened several times to me. I would log out and then log back in again and it would work. Just been happening the last couple of weeks. Hopefully they will get it fixed.

Too bad they removed the ability to search within results.

If you have selected to only view a specific city (or cities), previously you could do fast searches for key words.

The board has become really quirky with how to place the ads. It's changed.

Maybe it's the way that I'm set up, and something's different, but now I have to go through a back way to repost an ad. Probably doesn't make sense. But it's more complicated. And posting ads in different areas has gotten a lot more expensive. Posting in just your home area is free, though, and that's great.

I really like preferred411. However, even though I understand that they needed to make some dramatic changes to follow certain law changes in Canada, it'll probably take some time for the website changes, and kinks, to get worked out and running more smoothly.

Of course, this is all a guess on my part. I really don't know what is going on. I wish them well, though.
