I arranged a date for a time I was traveling through Fargo, but she'd gone silent when I got to town. Anyone else have that experience?

I saw her last summer several times. She wasn't good with communicating then. But she has gotten terrible. She will set up a time, and then not follow through. I have heard from others that say she has NCNS them. That is very irritating. For me she isn't worth the trouble, in more ways than one.
